No Refunds and No Cancellations

Please note that all sales are final. Once an order is placed, cancellations are not allowed, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us at info@lumilux.co.za within 3 working days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

If your return is approved, we will notify you by email. You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item, unless it is defective or damaged. In the case of defective or damaged items, shipping costs will be covered by LUMILUX.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for a defective or damaged item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations

Once your order has been placed, cancellations are not allowed. Orders cannot be modified or canceled after submission.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us immediately at info@lumilux.co.za, and we will assist you with the process of returning the item and issuing a replacement or refund as applicable.

During transit – smudging/label scratches may occur. Defective/damaged is regarded as breaks or leaks in the product containers.

Shipping Within South Africa

Currently, we only ship to locations within South Africa.

Free Shipping

All orders over R1500 qualify for free shipping within South Africa.

Courier Service

We use The Courier Guy to handle all our deliveries. Orders will be processed and shipped according to the following guidelines: Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery within South Africa. Delivery times may vary depending on the location, but we aim to deliver within the stated time frame.

Shipping Costs

For orders below R1500, standard shipping fees will apply. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and size of the order.

Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your package due to incorrect address details or inability to access the delivery location, the package will be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for reshipment.

Delivery Address Accuracy

Please ensure that all delivery address details are accurate to avoid any delays or issues with delivery. LUMILUX is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
